Screenly · last updated 6 September 2026
Screenly is a tool for making app store screenshots. It keeps your work so you can come back to it. It does not track you, does not show advertising, and shares nothing with anyone.
If you do not sign in
Nothing leaves your browser. Your project and the screenshots you upload are stored on your own device, and no part of them is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.
If you sign in with Google
Signing in is optional. It exists so your work follows you between devices.
Google tells us three things about you, and only these:
- your email address
- your name and profile picture
- an account identifier, so we can recognise you next time
We never see your Google password. We cannot read your email, files, contacts or anything else in your Google account, and we never ask for permission to.
What we store, and where
- Your email address and account identifier, so you can sign back in.
- Your project — the text, layouts and settings of the screens you design.
- The screenshots you upload.
These are held in a database and file store run by Supabase, in their Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, on our behalf. Access rules on that database mean one account cannot read another's work.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.
- No cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in.
- Nothing sold, shared or handed to third parties.
- Your screenshots are never used to train anything, or looked at by us.
Deleting your data
Ask and it will be removed — everything, permanently. Signing out on its own does not delete anything, so that your work is still there next time.
Children
Screenly is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this ever changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
