Apple Watch App Store screenshots use one size for the whole app, for the watch you choose: 422 × 514 for Ultra 4 and Ultra 3, 410 × 502 for Ultra 2 and Ultra, 416 × 496 for Series 12, 11 and 10, 396 × 484 for Series 9, 8 and 7, 368 × 448 for Series 6, 5, 4 and SE, and 312 × 390 for Series 3, 2 and 1.
Apple asks you to use the same size across every language. They're required for Apple Watch apps.
